Running away from the rundown
It’s finals season, baby, and you know what that means — review classes, sessions and group meet ups. But you don’t need these because you’ve collected perfect notes, aced all the assignments and feel completely prepared for the exam. Instead, take this time to run away from all of that reviewing to prevent yourself from feeling run down — or run away from the stress of not being prepared at all.

3. Jog to your favourite study spot
4. Realize you don’t want to study at all and run away into the woods
