Jump back into working out

This week, we are going to do a little cardio to get our hearts working. We’re getting back into the rhythm of working out after the break with this one. If you don’t own a skipping rope, you can substitute with your imagination.

Jogging on the spot: 45 seconds

Mountain climbers: 45 seconds

Jump rope: 45 seconds

High knees: 45 seconds
