If you can’t make it to the PAC or your regular gym, grab something like an art history textbook to use instead of a dumbbell. We are working on arms this week.

1. Bicep Curl: 20 repetitions

2. Tricep extension: 20 repetitions

3. Overhead press: 20 repetitions

4. Reverse fly: 20 repetitions
