This is a great dinner for when you don’t have a date — unless they like garlic, too.

Approximately 214 calories per serving
Ingredients
4 tbsp. butter or margarine 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in half 3 tsp. table salt 3 tsp. ground pepper 4 tbsp. garlic powder 2 lemons, juiced (or 5 tbsp. of lemon juice)Melt butter or margarine in frying pan over mediumhigh heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and then, place in the melted butter. Flip your chicken frequently, and cook until browned — this takes roughly 5 minutes.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of garlic powder on your chicken, then flip and sprinkle the rest on the other side. Cook chicken for 2 more minutes. Pour lemon juice over both sides of chicken, and cook until no longer pink on the inside — approximately 5 to 10 minutes more.
Alternatively, you can use an instant-read thermometer. It should read at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit. If you do not have access to a thermometer, be sure to cut the chicken open to ensure it is no longer pink inside.
