Stretching out your morning

By   —   December 3, 2018   —   in Sheaf Workout

Getting your blood moving early in the morning is a great way to start the day and could leave you with more motivation in those precious early hours. This is a lighter workout that consists mostly of stretching, but you could use this as a warm-up to a bigger workout — or use it to limber yourself up for your commute.

  1. Arm-over-your-head stretch (20 seconds each side)
  2. Door-shoulder stretch (20 seconds)
  3. Thigh stretch (20 seconds each side)
  4. Arm circles (30 seconds)
