Sheaf workout: Saved by the kettlebell

Kettlebells are multi-use weights that essentially consist of a big heavy ball with a handle. While they may be straightforward design-wise, what you’re supposed to use them for isn’t. Kettlebells are a solid piece of equipment because they have many uses, meaning you’ll be getting a lot of bang for your buck with this piece of workout equipment. This workout can serve as a beginner’s guide for the new kettlebell owner.

Swings: 10 repetitions

Press: 5 repetitions per side

Squats: 10 repetitions

Rows: 5 repetitions per side
