This video was submitted to the Sheaf by a resident of Varsity View. Captured by private security camera, the video shows an unknown male stealing the truck hitch of a vehicle.

Dear Sheaf,

Please find the attached link to a You Tube Video that I managed to record on my security camera system. I wasn’t able to identify the thief but I thought that it might be of interest to anyone parking in the Varsity View area. Up until now, I suspect that parking tickets was the greatest threat to the Varsity View parking population.
