Gabe Senecal has resigned from his position on the University of Saskatchewan Students’ Union executive as vice-president academic affairs. When asked to provide an explanation to the Sheaf, Senecal said he had resigned for “personal reasons,” but was unreachable for further comment. Senecal’s resignation comes before the end of his 2015–16 term, and only one week before the 2016–17 executive was chosen on Mar. 24.
