Jordan Nabata, one of the candidates for the University of Saskatchewan Students’ Union VP student affairs position, announced his exit from the race last night.

He provided a statement to the Sheaf:

“I just wanted to update you that as of last night I officially dropped out of the race for VP student affairs. I am still looking to get involved with the USSU though so I am seeking to become the new food center coordinator for next year.”

That leaves engineering member of Students’ Council Leejay Schmidt, political studies student Alex Ferwerda and second-time candidate Justin Lasnier in the race.

Voting begins at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 30 and ends at 4:00 p.m Thursday, March 31.
