This Disney sequel goes more in-depth to the characters’ inner turmoil.
Horrific yet compelling, The Impossible been deemed by many reviewers as one of the best films of 2012. However, it may be a little too much. There’s no breathing room in the film’s 114-minute run time, leaving audience members clenching their armrests and hard-pressed to look at the screen.
Clint Eastwood’s most recent film, Trouble with the Curve, is a feel-good drama without much more to offer its audience. While watchable and heavily focused on character development with a decently-paced plot, the film, unfortunately, only left this reviewer feeling a little nostalgic for last year’s Moneyball.
