NOTICE – Annual General Meeting 2026
As an undergraduate student at the university, you are already a society member of the Sheaf Publishing Society. As such, you have the right to have a say in the operation of the newspaper, which includes standing or voting for the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors is the executive arm of the society. It is the legal representative for the organization. It sets and administers the budget, determines employee contracts and the acquisition and liquidation of assets, and sets goals for the society.
The Sheaf will be hosting an Annual General Meeting on March 20, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in person at the USSU Roy Romanow Chambers in Place Riel. The meeting will include a society report, reappointment of the auditor and the election of the individuals who will serve on the Sheaf Publishing Society’s Board of Directors for the 2026-2027 year.
