This just in: Mairin Loewen has been elected Saskatoon’s newest city councillor.

With 10 out of 10 polls reporting, here is how people voted:

Loewen – 32.89 per cent
Bellamy – 26.38 per cent
Bzowey – 26.07 per cent
Wheatley – 5.06 per cent
Thomson – 4.88 per cent
Oranchuk – 2.95 per cent
Pollock – 1.14 per cent
Bergsteinsson – 0.62 per cent

With this win, Loewen will be the youngest councillor on city council. Official results will be posted at the city’s website tomorrow.
