Job Description:

The University of Saskatchewan is a vibrant place, with both Huskie Athletics and recreational sports to offer students. Weekly coverage of the Huskies and rec events are a large part of the job description. In addition, the Sports & Health Editor is in charge of the health side of section, including stories on nutrition, diet, exercise, lifestyle pieces and more. The editor must be adept at conducting interviews, keeping up-to-date on campus sports, have a talent for writing and editing, and be able to work well with others. Other responsibilities include working with volunteers, and contributing to the daily workings of the paper.

Applications for the Sports & Health Editor are due on October 21. All applications can be submitted to the Sheaf office, located at 108 Memorial Union Building on campus (same building as Louis’ Pub).
