Hamza Alsharief

Hamza Alsharief, a 23-year-old University of Saskatchewan student, has been missing for a week and police are seeking information about his whereabouts.

Family and friends have not heard from Alsharief since Dec. 14, when a family member had a telephone conversation with him. He was at his residence at that time, according to the Saskatoon Police Service.

Alsharief is originally from Saudi Arabia and is described as five-foot-eight with a slim build. His family does not suspect foul play. Anyone with information about Alsharief is asked to contact Saskatoon Police at 975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
