Exam season is a busy time for everyone, and while you may be tempted to put off your
physical-activity regimen in favour of cramming, you’ll be better off in the long run if you try to fit in whatever activities you can. This week’s workout can be done anywhere that studying might take you.
This series requires no extra materials, and you don’t even need a lot of space to perform it in. Try doing each exercise in rapid succession — or at whatever pace suits you best.
1. High knees: 30 seconds
2. Butt kicks: 30 seconds
3. Jumping jacks: 15 repetitions
4. Squat jumps: 10 repetitions
